Event Date:
Saturday, March 11, 2017 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Thunderstorms, Tornadoes & Hurricanes are deadly to aviation.  In this weather seminar, we will take a look at the classification and anatomy of thunderstorms and the conditions they form and why they are so hazardous for aircraft.  We will also analyze why tornadoes may spawn and the conditions conducive for lightning.  Then as an added bonus, we’ll compare extratropical cyclonic storm systems to hurricanes and how the differ.

Join Dave Kramer, weather enthusiast, private pilot and ground instructor for a seminar on how to study convective storm systems to further enhance your awareness of the weather around you.
