February 10 (Wed) 7:00pm Sound like a Pro on the Radio with Bennett Taber

Event Date:
Wednesday, February 10, 2016 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

You have heard pilots on the radio sounding polished and professional, and others who need a little more practice. We all strive to put our best voice forward on the radio to promote safety and to avoid clogging up the frequencies. There is always room for improvement because after all, a good pilot is always learning.

SCFC welcomes back presenter Bennett Taber to share his insights into pilot/controller radio communication. Included in the discussion will be:

•How to make more concise radio transmissions

•A better understanding of the controller/pilot interaction

•Tips for avoiding common missteps

•Inoculating yourself against common radio viruses

Join us for Ben Taber's seriously humorous take on general aviation and dive deeper into your pilot knowledge bank at this fun and challenging seminar.
